Overview: Screen for Life is a national screening programme encouraging Singapore Citizens to undergo regular health screenings for early detection of chronic diseases and cancers. Early detection allows for timely intervention, potentially preventing or delaying the onset of certain conditions. Screenings are recommended based on individual risk factors and health profiles. The programme aims to detect diseases early, allowing for timely intervention and better health outcomes. Regular participation in SFL can lead to improved management of health and prevention of disease progression.

Benefits: Eligible individuals can access subsidised screenings for cardiovascular disease, cervical cancer, and colorectal cancer at a fixed fee of $5 or lower. This fee also covers one follow-up consultation if needed. These screening services are available in our clinic.

Overview: CHAS provides subsidies for medical and dental care to Singapore Citizens, making healthcare more affordable. The scheme offers different subsidy tiers based on income and home ownership. Cardholders can present their CHAS card at our clinic to receive the applicable subsidies, reducing out-of-pocket expenses for medical services.

Eligibility: All Singapore Citizens are eligible for CHAS. The benefits are tiered according to the household monthly income or Annual Value (AV) of the home.

Overview: MediSave is a national medical savings scheme that helps individuals set aside part of their income to pay for their personal or approved dependants' hospitalization, day surgery, and certain outpatient expenses, as well as their healthcare needs in old age. MediSave allows individuals to use their CPF savings to cover approved healthcare expenses. This helps ease the financial burden of medical costs, especially for long-term care and treatments. For outpatient treatments, you can use MediSave to pay for the full treatment when you see us as your Healthier SG family physician, up to the MediSave $500 or $700 annual withdrawal limit.

Eligibility: All Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible for MediSave. The amount you can use depends on your MediSave balance and the specific healthcare service.

Overview: Healthier SG is a nationwide initiative encouraging Singaporeans to enrol in personalized preventive care programs. The program focuses on preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices to reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Healthier SG aims to promote preventive healthcare by encouraging individuals to manage their health proactively. Enrolled individuals receive a personalized health plan from their chosen family physician, which includes recommendations for screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle modifications.

Eligibility: All Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above are encouraged to enrol in Healthier SG. Enrollment is voluntary; you can choose us as your preferred family physician.
